The blogger site was started in August 1999 by Evan Williams and Meg Hourihan (Pyra Labs). In February 2003 the site was purchased by Google whom it is still owned by today.

- Post photos to your blog. This can be a personal picture or one from the net. Whatever it is feel free to add a pic to your blog.
- Blogger Mobile allows users to send photos or messages to their blog via their mobile. This is handy for on-the-go bloggers.
